1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the music platform LUMETRAX, operated by Steffen Janssen, House U10, Toscana Hills, Poumboulinas Street 8873, Argaka, Polis, Cyprus. By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

LUMETRAX is a platform for publishing, managing, and presenting audio content. Registered users can upload, manage, and share music tracks, albums, and related content.

3. Registration and Account

Use of the platform requires registration with complete and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Account transfers to third parties are not permitted.

4. User Obligations and Copyright

Users may only upload content to which they hold the necessary rights or for which an appropriate license exists. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Uploading content in which third parties hold copyright, neighboring rights, or other rights without their consent
• Uploading content that violates applicable law
• Using the platform for commercial advertising purposes without prior written consent
• Circumventing technical protection measures or manipulating the platform

By uploading content, users confirm via the upload checkbox that they hold the necessary rights and indemnify LUMETRAX against any third-party claims arising from the uploaded content.

5. Liability for User Content

Each user is solely responsible for the content they upload. LUMETRAX assumes no liability for the legality of user-generated content. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, the relevant content will be removed immediately.

6. Platform Availability

LUMETRAX strives to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time. LUMETRAX reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

LUMETRAX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Where applicable, provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.
