Upon registration we collect your name, email address and an encrypted password. This data is required to provide your user account and platform features (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Audio files, images and metadata you upload to LUMETRAX are stored on our servers and processed for display on the platform. By uploading, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content.
When you access our platform, technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp) is recorded in server logs. This data is used for security and error analysis and is deleted after 30 days (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use only technically necessary cookies to operate the platform (session management, authentication). These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies. Your data is not shared with advertising networks or third parties for commercial purposes. As only technically necessary cookies are used, no consent banner is required under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
